If I could give a lower rating than 1 I would based not on performance but in due diligence. I made an appointment with this company on 4/29 for an appliance repair. We subsequently found out that the issue was not with the appliance but an electrical issue at the transformer. I contacted ARP to cancel the service appointment and was told it was cancelled. Lo and behold, Friday morning after 10am a repair person shows up at my door. This company does not have all their ducks in a row. I would not recommend them or HomeSafe warranty company at all.
