"Installed trim that was broken and now trim is stable and washer is working good , reasoning for replacing the trim, because the old almost cracked and coming apart"

Installed new boot and washer is working good

Ordering new boot for washer because the old one has warn out Customer paid full amount ; ordrng 1 WP8182119 (Boot)

Was able to check unit and all major components like thermostat and control board and didnt find any failure for dryer Customer only paid service fee; ordrng 1 W11618917 (Control board)

"Ice-maker is so good and there is no problem but the issue that the customer was having was the faucet not turning on because the water under the sink was shut off I was able to explain that to the customer i also mention to the customer that the valve had a small leak and pointed her to a plumber for that work which we are not able to do, she was understanding"
