I inspected unit and found it has a refrigerant leak. It is ice balling at the top of the evaporator. I tapped into the line and charged so they can use it for now dont know how long it will last though and I explained to the customer. I talked to customer and he is going to do research on a new unit and call us if they want to proceed with the repair. He is a company so he is going to send in a check for the service fee which I sent to him. If they want to repair need to collect the parts and labor in full to do this repair. ; ordrng 1 WPW10427992 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10281063 (Heater loop) and 1 W10720770 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier)

Customer wanted me to disconnect the fan instead of repair. Disconnect fan to chill drawer. Service fee only.

I replaced the bake element and tested the unit. It is now heating properly.

I checked components to ground and it checked ok. They have multiple units on a gcfi breaker which tech line confirmed is too many units on one circuit. I told customer and they will take care of that and if any issues still they can contact us.

Defrosted coils and installed part.

Coils does not have an even frost pattern and there is a temperature difference from the bottom and top. Recommend replacing sealed system. Sent estimate via email. Owners will elevate and will only pay service fee today.

Forgot to connect water inlet valve. Tested and no leaks

Compressor has burned out recommend replacing sealed system. Owner will buy new

I tested the unit and the middle burner infinite switch is faulty and causing sparks at the middle burner: will need to replace both the switch and the burner. Job will take me a few hours to complete. 2 hour job. ; ordrng 1 30102200017 (Infinite Switch) and 1 30102800051 (Middle Burner)

I found one of the wheels was sticking I had an extra wheel I just replaced now unit is working:

All functions work on panel however during the hard reset upon turning oven on error code E101 and E115 did appear. The fan is blowing continuously as if it was cooling down. The oven has not been on any heating setting during diagnostic. Call bosh tech support and when asked if there any childlock features on unit the answer was no only panel lock. The panel lock feature works properly. Informed customer the only way to open door was to replace control board and replace faulty temperature sensor. Office please send all documents to customer

I checked unit and I found the board isnt sending power to the recirculating pump: the pump could have taken out the board but I cannot tell: this is a landlord situation I called and left an estiment and a message we will need to call and collect for the service fee and if she wants the repair done for the part and labor I would collect the whole ticket if she ok the repair. ; ordrng 1 W11131683 (Board)

Unit is under a full 6 year warranty. It is icing up not defrosting and ice has damaged the evaporator fan motor. Case#08972469 of they deny it or something then we will need to quote the customer the parts and labor; ordrng 1 Pe1032911-4 (Controller) and 1 Pe68872 (Evaporator fan) and 1 Pe67504 (Thermistor)

Dispenser gear motor is bad recommend replacing. Office please order part from www.repairclinic.com; ordrng 1 EAU61083522 (Auger Motor)

I found compressor is getting 124 volts but its kicking out the over load. Will need a sealed system job/ unit is a 600a unit will need 600a refrigerant. Talked to homeowner and the unit is still under warranty they will need to call U-Line and set up the warranty call ; ordrng 1 80-55658-11 (Compressor) and 1 80-55658-22 (Start device)

I found that the heating element has checked ok. I then ran the unit into a test cycle and it did not heat at all from the main control board ; ordrng 1 WPW10285180 (Board)

The drain hose I received was not long enough. I talked to Miele and they had 2 part numbers for this unit. We will need to order part#9535430 and Ill have to return this other part. ; ordrng 1 9535430 (Drain hose)

Unit is making too much ice. I removed bin thermistor and it is checking good but its possible it could be malfunctioning at some point. Its either going to be bin thermistor and or the main control board but they want to replace the bin thermistor first because its the cheaper part but I advised it could be the board. Tested washer and found no issues. Informed customer

Upon arrival unit was shut off. Complaint is it stops making ice and gets really hot. I ran unit and everything came on and worked properly/ I spoke to tech line and they told me to ask numerous of questions and they do clean it and there is nothing blocking vent. They will turn unit on on Monday and watch it and will have to leave it running if it fails again/

Installed part found no issues

Installed part have leak somewhere in the system will have to return. Please leave schedule open just for this jibe to be completed its a very big job. ; saved tckt

I ran diagnostic test and a reset. It ran all the way through with no error codes at all.

"Upon arrival I tested the unit and it is heating properly, unit is getting really hot. So I went into the attic and and found the gap around the vent hose is too big and the unit is venting out the side and the flapper is not opening up and putting in into the attic. If the unit isnt venting properly it can cause poor drying issues."

Upon arrival I found the door spring came off the gasket. I reattached the spring and ran unit into diagnostics and found unit giving a U:04 and D:01 error codes which indicates an issue with the door lock which is working properly l. It wasnt working probably due to the door spring not being attached. Unit ran through diagnostics done with no errors

Tested oven and the oven reached temperature in 25min at 325. Owner has a analog thermostat inside whod read the same temperature but at a slower rate. Office please communicate with warranty office on payment which is $500. I ran unit into diagnostics and it was only showing a suds error code and ran through quick cycle with no issues. I did find it was defaulted on no spin so I factory reset the unit and told him if he has anymore issues to call us back because as of now its working properly.
